For this project, we handled all the preliminary and complex negotiations for final approvals, OMB applications, consultant and sales program coordination. We applied for the permits and followed up with foundation, and partial permits to allow early construction. We also assisted the construction manager, and were responsible for management of finishing and move in by residents. Finally we dealt with deficiencies, and negotiated release of ONHWP holdbacks and securities.
One of the few buildings rated as B+ by Christopher Humes, the building sits comfortably on the corner of Yonge and Alexandra and is home to thirty one families and 600 sq ft of retail space. The designs of units were so popular that the building was practically sold out on the first weekend of sales.
Built within easy distance of amenities usually used by the residents, the building itself has very few amenities and was thus able to keep the condo fees extremely reasonable.
